Seller terms
These terms describe how selling, commissions and payouts work on ergononline.
Verification
Every seller is reviewed before their store goes live. We may request business registration details, contact verification and a pickup address.
Commission
ergononline charges a commission on each item sold. The rate applied is your seller-specific rate if one is set, otherwise the category rate, otherwise the marketplace default rate. The exact commission for each item is recorded on the order.
Fees
Delivery and buyer service fees are set by the marketplace and shown transparently at checkout. Payment processing costs are recorded per transaction.
Settlement and payouts
Earnings move from pending to available after the marketplace settlement delay following delivery. Payouts are requested from the Seller Centre once your available balance reaches the minimum payout amount.
Product listings
Products must be accurate, legal and in stock. Each listing is reviewed before publication and may be rejected or archived if it breaches these terms.
Fulfilment
Orders must be prepared within the agreed handling time. Repeated late fulfilment, cancellations or disputes may lead to suspension.
