ergononline coordinates delivery between sellers, delivery partners and buyers.
Delivery fees
Delivery is charged per seller shipment and calculated at checkout from the marketplace delivery settings and your delivery address. The fee is always shown before you pay.
Handling and dispatch
After payment is confirmed the seller prepares your order for pickup. You will see the status change as the order is picked up and moves into transit.
Tracking
Where the delivery partner provides tracking, the carrier and tracking number appear on your order page.
Multiple sellers
An order containing items from different sellers is delivered as separate shipments, each with its own status.
Failed delivery
If delivery fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, a redelivery may attract an additional fee.
