Protected payment
Your payment is collected by ergononline and settled to the seller only after the platform's fulfilment conditions are met. Sellers are never paid directly by you.
Verified sellers
Sellers must submit business and contact details and be verified by our team before their store can go live or receive orders.
Accurate pricing
Item prices, delivery fees, service fees and tax are always calculated by ergononline at checkout. The total you approve is the total you are charged.
Order tracking
Each order shows its live status from payment confirmation to delivery, including tracking details where the delivery partner provides them.
Problems with an order
If an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not as described, you can raise a return or a dispute from the order page within the marketplace return window.
